For the countertop: rub the egg with the salt and sugar, add the ketchup, oil, milk and flour with the baking powder.
Homogenize and turn over in a round shape with a diameter of 30 cm, previously greased with a little oil.
For the filling: we slice the salami, the cheese and the moss, we cut the julienne pepper and we start to place them nicely on top of the countertop, alternating them.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees and the pizza is ready.
Serve with ketchup as desired, I prefer spicy.
