Because I'm crazy about eclairs, I found a recipe that comes out perfectly every time
- Ecler shells:
- 125 ml water
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 gr butter
- 150 gr flour
- 4 large or 5 medium eggs

How to prepare Eclere RECIPE:
The water together with the milk and the salt powder are put in a pan over low heat. Add butter to them to melt.
When the butter is completely melted, put all the flour over the composition and mix very well until a well-kneaded dough ball is formed.
Then take the pan off the heat and mix well to remove all the steam from the dough.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
With the help of a posh, form the eclairs in a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the hot oven.
We do not open the oven door until the eclairs have grown very well and only have to brown. Using a toothpick, prick each peel and leave for another 5 minutes to brown.
You can use any type of filling that suits you
Ecla cream: I like to use puddings or tart cream from Dr. Oetker. They are very easy to make and not even expensive
I recommend the chocolate topping
