Tacos

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and heat it in a Teflon pan without adding oil. Add 1 teaspoon spices for chicken.

In each tacos we put 1 tablespoon of tzatiki sauce (I don't think Mexicans use this sauce, but we liked it that way), diced chicken breast, Mexican sauce and red onion.

Marinade

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2-3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • juice from 2 oranges (about 200ml)
  • juice from 3 large limes (about 75ml)
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground millet
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

For serving

  • glued corn tacos, heated
  • 4 small or 2 large salads, cleaned and finely chopped
  • cream or cream cheese partially defatted
  • cheese sauce

Cheese sauce

  • 2-3 tablespoons butter
  • 150 ml of cooking cream
  • meat with blue mold
  • fat cow's milk
  • old sheep telemea
  • garlic and basil

Put the marinade ingredients in a large bag that closes tightly and press them until smooth. Add the pork and onion, making sure they are well covered with the marinade. close the bag tightly and leave it in the fridge overnight.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Transfer the pork and marinade to a medium ceramic tray. Cover with a lid and bake for 4-5 hours or until the meat is very tender and comes off easily when you peel it off with a fork. Drain, keeping the marinade, then place on a mincer.

Peel the meat with two forks, pour 4-5 tablespoons of the sauce on top and serve directly from the mincer with pickled onions (right), heated corn tacos, chopped salad and sour cream.

Cheese sauce

Put the well-crushed garlic with butter to harden, when it turns dark, it turns yellow, add the cream and basil, followed by the crushed cheese. Let it melt and it's ready.


Street tacos

The organic lime is washed with warm water, dried, finely grated peel, then cut in half and squeezed the juice. Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely. Chili peppers are cut in half lengthwise, cleaned and finely chopped. Cut the avocado along the core in half, remove the seeds and peel, and pass the pulp finely with a fork. Immediately mix with half the lemon juice and peel, half the garlic and half the chili. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with guacamole and set aside.

For the marinade, mix the oil, pepper, remaining garlic, chili, peel and lime juice in a bowl. Rinse the meat with cold water, pat dry, add and mix with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate.

Cut 12 circles (about 10 cm in diameter) from the tortilla and brown them one by one in a hot pan, turning them from side to side for about 1 minute. The browned circles are placed on top of each other and wrapped in foil, so as not to dry out.

Peel the onion, cut it in half and then into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, drain and cut into pieces. The coriander is washed and dried by shaking, then the leaves are torn from the stems.

Bake the meat in a hot pan, turning it from side to side for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan, cut into pieces about 1 cm thick and spread on tacos with guacamole, tomatoes, onions and coriander. The rest of the lime is cut in half and served with them.

Tacos recipe with guacamole

This recipe tastes great with a sauce of honey and mustard. You can also opt for sauteed seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Washed shrimp (220 g)
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (50 ml)
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • Iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 corn tortilla

Ingredients for guacamole

  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 avocado copt
  • Juice obtained from 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder

How to prepare tacos:

  • First, to prepare the guacamole, peel the avocado and remove the seeds.
  • With the help of a mortar, crush the avocado until you get a fine paste.
  • Peel an onion, finely chop it and add it to the avocado.
  • Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Taste the preparation and adjust the salt as needed before setting it aside.
  • Now, to prepare the taco filling, clean and chop the garlic. Then put it in a pan with hot olive oil and cook for a few minutes until golden.
  • Add the washed shrimp and cook until ready.
  • Take the shrimp off the heat and add the lettuce (previously washed and chopped).
  • To assemble tacos, Spread guacamole on each corn tortilla before filling it with shrimp and salad.

Tacos recipe with shrimp and sauteed tomatoes

Sauteed tomatoes are one of the best garnishes next to shrimp. Therefore, these delicious shrimp tacos will quickly become one of your favorite options. Enjoy tacos with lettuce, arugula and white cheese or with a Caprese salad topped with pesto sauce.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (500 g)
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 small onion, cut in julienne style
  • 3 finely chopped olives
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (40 ml)
  • 2 raw tomatoes without skin, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped oregano and chives

How to prepare tacos:

  • First, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic.
  • Once the onion is well cooked, add crushed tomatoes, shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • Then taste the sauce and adjust the salt and pepper as needed. You can also add herbs or spices to taste.
  • Heat the flour tortilla in a pan, 20 seconds on each side. You can also make your own tortillas at home.
  • Finally, fill the tortilla with shrimp and tomato sauce.

Tacos with beans

Mix the drained beans with the onion, cumin, coriander, salt and paprika. Crush lightly with a fork.
Grate the mozzarella and set it aside.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Place a tortilla and let it fry for a few seconds. Put half of the tortilla from the bean mixture, sprinkle with some grated mozzarella. Wrap the tortilla in half so that it covers the filling. Press lightly and turn to the other side. Leave it for another 1-2 minutes and take it out on a plate.
Repeat the operation with the rest of the tortillas.

Serve with tomato sauce, avocado slices, guacamole or sour cream.
