- a cabbage (about 1kg)

RECIPE PREPARATION Quality cabbage:
- I cut the cabbage, rubbed it with salt, chopped the onion, and cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.
- I put the onion to harden. When it softened, I added the tomatoes and let them cook well, about 10 minutes.
- I added the cabbage over the vegetables, mixed and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
- When it was almost ready, I adjusted the salt and added the spices and dill.
- I served it with polenta and hot peppers.
