Cookie salami recipe

First we put the dried nuts in the oven and the raisins soaked in rum essence.

Then cut the shit into 2 or 4 and put it on low heat with the 4 tablespoons of water until it melts (I used a 3-4 liter pan to make all the ingredients). Add cocoa and mix until you get a soft paste. Remove from the heat and add the margarine (if we want the pieces of shit not to melt completely then take it off the heat faster). Then add the crushed biscuits and leave to cool a little. Finally, add the lemon juice, the raisins soaked in rum and the chopped walnuts (possibly lemon / orange peel) and mix well.

On a board covered with plastic wrap we sprinkle crushed biscuits as finely as possible over which we add the above mixture and start to shape the cake in the shape and thickness of a salami stick (plastic wrap helps us to roll it easier). Let cool and serve sliced.

patella: 1. In order not to turn out so sweet, I used only half of the amount of shit, the rest of the half replacing it with an equivalent of gelatin, AGAR (according to the instructions on the package). The difference between the two is that Agar is vegetable while gelatin as we all know comes from pork.

2. Margarine can be replaced with peanut butter and then we can reduce the amount of nuts.

PS: pt. as the last time I made more composition, I was inspired by Sabina's cake in the shape of a hedgehog and I started modeling a Bebe Aricel… Pt. the icing I used powdered sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons of chicory, dissolved in a little warm water and for. spikes I used some cereals that taste like puffins. I made the eyes and the bottle from raisins and the ears from cornflakes.

Simple cookie recipe for kids

The simplest recipe for biscuits, quick, tender and sweetened with bananas.

I have to admit that I can't wait to make cookies with Santa Claus. Let's sit next to the Christmas tree and make a mess all over the house.
But we sat in our pajamas and with the thermometer next to us, because hey, that's how it is in life!

When I saw that we were going from bad to worse, I decided to freeze the dough, until the day when Matei would be fine and we could have a good time in the kitchen!

And in the end the sun came out on our street and we managed to make cookies. Matei was very excited, if he was after him he would have eaten all the raw dough. He is very receptive (1 year and a half) to everything I show him and I try to talk to him like a much older child. But he is fascinated as a child by what I do in the kitchen and he always looked at me with big eyes and it was as if I was reading on his face: What are you doing mommy there?

I can't wait for the day when he will really do something with his hands, for now he is walking the dough all over the house.

I leave below the cookie recipe prepared by us!

For 4 people :: Preparation 20 minutes :: Baking 10 minutes :: Low difficulty

  • 225 g white flour, but you can combine it with wholemeal flour
  • 125 g butter, at least 80%
  • 1 or
  • 1 well ripened banana
  • ground cinnamon

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well and wrap the dough in cling film.
  2. Let it cool for a few hours, or overnight.
  3. Spread a sheet and cut biscuits.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C, for 10 minutes or until golden.
  5. Store very well at room temperature, in an airtight container.

Baby Friendly Salami

Biscuit salami reminds me of my childhood. I guess so do you. To be able to offer it to Antonia, I needed to do it in a healthier way than the classic one. It does not contain sugar, dairy or cocoa.

  • 180g peanut butter (I used a commercial organic one) or any other vegetable butter
  • 15 dates
  • 2 well ripened bananas
  • 60g carob powder
  • 220-230g biscuits (I used organic Petit Beurre biscuits)
  • 100ml cashew milk or any other vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, I mixed the peanut butter with the bananas. I poured the composition into a bowl and took care of the dates.
  2. I chopped the dates, added the cashew milk and mixed them until I got a paste.
  3. I mixed the two compositions and added the locust bean powder in the rain (gradually). I've screened it before.
  4. I added coconut oil, vanilla and chopped biscuits.
  5. I mixed well and shaped with the help of food foil 3 bars. I left them in the fridge overnight.

This semi-vegan biscuit salami is not as firm as the classic one, I say "semi" because the biscuits I used contain milk, but it is delicious. The taste is very similar to the biscuit salami we have known since childhood. You can also offer it to the little ones.

Biscuit salami, childhood recipe. Mandatory on New Year's Eve table

I hurried to make something simple, tasty and quick for the meal I am preparing for New Year's Eve. I chose biscuit salami because it is made in a maximum of one hour and because people get ready for it, especially if it is made at home. Obviously it tasted good.

I like to feel that I really work the way I prepare. So I preferred to grind the biscuits very well with the mincer. I had the option to give them meat through the mincer. You can do this if you are in a hurry and do not like the effort.

I chose half a kilogram of popular biscuits.

I cut about 6 medium pieces of shit, 50 g of raisins, 30 g of walnuts and I put them in a bowl with a little coconut, so that they don't stick together.

I mixed the walnuts, shit and raisins with the crushed biscuits, and I added 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. I chose a taller and bigger pot, so that I could mix the composition more easily.

In a pot I put 600 ml of milk to boil. I added 5 tablespoons of cocoa, 6 tablespoons of sugar, half a packet of margarine for cakes and 3 essences of rum.

When I saw that the milk was already hot, I took the pot off the fire and poured it for the biscuit composition already made. I mixed until everything coagulated well.

If you feel that more milk is needed, you can pour a little more, or if you feel that it is too soft, you can put more biscuits. Everything can be done with the eyes, taste and you will realize.

The end? Simple if you like

It can be seen that I put the composition in a cake pan, in which I put a plastic foil, but you can put the composition in foil directly, and roll it exactly like a salami.

I mention that two trays came out.

What ingredients do we use for the walnut biscuit recipe?

  • Walnut composition:
  • 150 g flour
  • 70 g ground walnuts
  • A sachet of vanilla sugar
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • An egg
  • 80 g butter
  • Half an envelope of baking powder
  • Pumpkin composition:
  • 110 g flour
  • 70 g baked pumpkin puree
  • 80 g butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • An egg
  • Half an envelope of baking powder
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A sachet of vanilla sugar

How do we prepare the recipe for walnut and pumpkin cookies?

Put the flour together with the other ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a slightly soft dough that does not stick to your hands. The same is done with both compositions.

The dough does not knead much, do not gum. Everything is done quickly.

Spread a sheet of 3-4 pumpkin composition. We do the same with the one with walnuts. Place them on top of each other and from the remaining pumpkin composition we spread a sheet that we place on top.

So the walnut composition will be in the middle. Roll and place in a food foil. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes then remove and cut into 1 cm thick slices.

Place in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

They are so tender that they melt in your mouth.

I recommend making a double-triple dose and keeping them in metal boxes or jars with lids.
