it's a salad that I really like, it's made here in Turkey
- a ripe eggplant
- 1/2 baked capsicum pepper
- crushed garlic to taste
- 1/2 peeled red
- a tiny little red onion :)
- pepper
- salt
- olive oil
Servings: 2
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Eggplant salad:
Chop the boiled eggplant on a wooden bottom, add the garlic and salt during the chopping (nope I hope you understand: P)
After: chop the roasted pepper and onion (fish)
Peeled tomatoes are also chopped :)
Meanwhile, chop the hot pepper (add to taste)
Put in a bowl and mix
