First we prepare composition.

Grate the pumpkin with a little butter or oil. Towards the end, when it decreases, add the sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Leave to cool well.


Put sifted flour in a bowl.

Beat the egg with the salt, in a larger bowl, and add the sugar, vanilla, oil and milk, finally the baking soda.

All the ingredients from the bowl, mixed well, are placed over the sifted flour and a well-bound crust is kneaded. Divide into two and spread out two sheets.

We prepare a tray in which we will put baking paper, then a sheet, well stretched, without covering the walls of the tray (the excess will be cut with a knife). Spread the composition over the first sheet and level well. I also put fruit shit in place. Place the second sheet on top and prick it with a fork from place to place.

Bake in a well-heated oven and bake until golden brown on top.

After baking, leave to cool, portion as desired and powder well with powdered sugar.

Mine didn't get powdered anymore :)
