Saw a similar salad which Jamie Oliver did, who is my idol chef. Thought it was strange but the flavours do work quite well in this recipe.

- Very Easy and Simple. Get the cous cous prepared first ( I did cheat and used a packed - so put in bowl and added boiling water then stirred). Serve in little dish.
- Prepare the salad to how you like it on the plate, then chop up the strawberries and add on one side of the salad.
- Finally chop the cheese into chunks or slices and add to the other side of the salad.
